#iamfeeling I will not be disappointed in myself anymore for things I cannot control. Most of you know me as this person that not only shares a small glimpse into her personal & professional world but also spreads love & positivity as much as she can🫶🏼 I too have bad days, get stressed out, overthink, or just feel high anxiety. Most of the time I go into myself and try to tune out all the noise but some days it’s harder than others. I’ve been pushing myself towards inner growth and doing MORE things that make me genuinely happy and connecting with nature is a big one for me. Weather it be by land, sea or air I always feel a lil more recharged when I slow down, take in my surroundings and try to be present in the moment. I think one of the hardest things about healing is when you start to become aware of your self sabotaging habits & instead of reverting back to them, you choose to not engage in them anymore, than you are truly forced to face what’s inside. That’s when I believe real growth starts to happen. I have been really liking listening to self help podcasts or guided meditation while I do this. Helps me center and try to slow my brain down when it’s going 1000 mph. Also my amazing dog Zoe helps me through a lot. Seeing her free spirit and taking in all the surroundings helps me live in the present. What are some things you do to help you slow down and recharge/refocus?
