CHUKA “Japanese style Chinese food” is everyone’s favorite in Japan. And this noodle dish called “kaisen ankake yakisoba” (lots of seafood and vegetable with salt and seafood broth based gravy sauce on top of pan fried yakisoba noodles) is to me the most Hokkaido style seafood- oriented chuka food. Japanese Chinese food is a bit different from original Chinese food but we are confident that even local Chinese people in our neighborhood Chinatown will also love this dish.
