You know how much I love my air fryer (this was made in the @instantpotuk Duo Crisp with Ultimate lid)! Well, today I want to share a delicious air fried carrot salad. I like to serve the carrots warm topped with feta, onions and chilli pepper with a little rocket too. It's so good and can be a side dish or a vegetarian main. Before air frying for 12 minutes, I drizzled the carrots with a little @andalucianolivecompany extra virgin olive oil with chilli. Then after piling all the salad ingredients on a plate I drizzled with more of the chilli oil and balsamic vinegar. It was absolutely delicious. So simple but really tasty.
