For me the @Rare Beauty under eye brightener didn’t make a huge difference. I’m 45 so it wasn’t enough coverage to be worn alone, and over my concealer it didn’t really make a difference. I think this is a product for someone who wants a bright under eye but doesn’t need coverage. Not for us more mature skin ladies.
