*August sugar challenge* UPDATE First off sorry for the late message I was in the dungeon. Well done to everyone that attempted, supported and observed. One of the key lessons here for me was that it’s better to reduce things gradually - to ensure a sustainable change. Everyone works differently but I enjoyed the challenge and it will not be my last.
