I have been promising you guys this mini workout videos for a while but never felt ready to share until now!! If you like these, pls pls let me know by liking/commenting so I know to share more💖 10 minute arm exercises- you can do this at home with any weights of your choice (if you don’t have weights, get creative and use water bottle/cans etc.) I do each 10-15reps of each exercise and then repeat each exercise 3 times! Super quick but very effective in helping tone your arms. And remember, it’s all about consistency !!! That’s the magic to truly change your body...and life!
