We are excited to announce our signature 8 weeks Revelation Transformation program! The 8-weeks program will begin on the 21/3/22-14/5/22! For phase 1, we’re going to focus on high performance hypertrophy; utilizing both functional bodybuilding techniques with high intensity finishers and conditioning drills to accelerate fat loss. This combination will help increase your fitness capacity, strength and lose body fat which results in getting an amazing and athletic physique. Results oriented – your success is our success; we want to see your before and afters, give you trackable training metrics to ensure you’re progressing every week to make sure that by the end of 8 weeks, you’re at your best! Thus, we will be doing a nutritional strategy overview and body composition check before commencement of the program and after! We are bringing back our 8 weeks PLUS group coaching The key features that we will be incorporating for the PLUS option: (1) interactive training and nutritional guidance, as well as (2) hands-on accountability and coaching for the entire 8-weeks. All participants will be mentored by one of our senior coaches and will have access to support and guidance throughout the training phase. This will be done via SMALL private group chats with your assigned coaches, where we will do weekly check-ins, track your progress, set weekly goals and answer any questions you may have and to create a customized plan to help you reach your fitness goals. Due to the hands-on nature of this add-on, we only have 20 slots at RM700 for the entire 8 weeks. Our 8 weeks program will include unlimited access to all to our group training classes where our team will conduct and coach the training plan according to your fitness level!
