Earlier this month I got to spend a few days in Campbell River on Vancouver Island with a fun crew! This particular day I scratched off a major bucket list item; watching the grizzlies in the river, during the Salmon Spawning season! We saw 19 unique grizzlies that day, both adults and cubs. We observed them catching and eating salmon all afternoon, with the expert guidance of our wonderful guides. A huge thanks to the wonderful people at @homalcotours for making this happen.
