Goosebumps books were one of the first book series’ I remember reading as a kid. It is what sparked my love of reading actually, at around 10 or 11 years old. They were fun and innocent books that I think every kid should grow up reading. The video in this post is also about reading material currently available at a middle school in our country. Please watch the video before reading the next paragraph. What the fuck are we doing in our schools?! I cannot imagine how that father must feel right now. Enraged, betrayed, sad, etc.. How have we gotten to a place where our middle school libraries have pornographic books on stands for our children to read?! Furthermore, I have no problem with anyone’s sexual orientation. You can be straight, gay, bi, whatever you want. However, I do not believe our children should be exposed to anything other than basic anatomical sex education. Anatomy and basic science of procreation is where it should stop. Anything further is the job of parents to handle. Sexual orientation does not belong in our schools. Period. Why do I care so much about this?! I work with children. Every day I see kids from grade schoolers all the way through college post graduates. My role as a coach is to help them excel in sports. But often, due to the amount of time I spend with them, I learn about all of the things happening in our schools. I can’t stand by and watch as this generation of young people are manipulated, confused and indoctrinated by this new “woke” ideology. I could go on and on about this but just had to share this video. I hope it affects some of you as it has me and we can ban together and stop this insanity before it truly spirals out of control.
