First week of the month is done but it’s not too late for a challenge. Back to basics. I’ve been trying a lot of different training styles lately and it’s been great. That being said I can’t help but feel like I’ve neglected the things that made me fall in love with training and fitness in the first place. I’ve decided that for the next few weeks I’ll be doing a lot more running, likely running everyday. My aim is to run 3k everyday but add to my distance incrementally with each run. So here is the October challenge, I challenge everyone to strip things back to the basics, do something that only involves your body everyday . Some of you can run everyday, some of you can do push ups everyday and maybe some of you can do a plank everyday. What I really want is an increase everyday in whatever you choose to do.
