Veneto🍷🌿🍞 Over the last month due to both the work of my other half (and also lots of pleasure,) I’ve been spending half my time in Verona and its’ surroundings. I had both visited and worked in Verona over the last decade multiple times, but the Veneto region for me had remained largely unexplored. Commonly most tourists visiting Italy pass briefly through Venice and maybe to see the balcony of Romeo and Juliet in Verona. But over the last month some of my favorite places in the Veneto region to explore have been Soave and Borghetto sul Mincio. The mix of the small ancient villages with the beauty of the vineyards is making Veneto one of my favorite places to explore in northern Italy. Have you been to or are from the Veneto region?
