10 years ago today @trippersounds and I got married. It looked a lot like it does outside today - a little gloomy/cloudy...the sun peaked through for a moment during the ceremony and immediately after it began to rain. Someone that night told me the rain was good luck - well it must have been because I’ve spent the last 10 years falling more and more in love with Evan. So much has changed since this day 10 years ago - massive life shifts, moves, job changes, Ember. We’ve been through a lot together - a lot of highs and a lot of lows. But what hasn’t changed is that: Evan, you still make me laugh harder than anyone else. I still feel tingles when you kiss me. You still are the absolute best person to tell a story to. I still feel butterflies when you walk out of the bedroom all dressed up for a date night. You still listen quietly and play with my hair when I’m struggling. I still miss you dreadfully when you are gone. And somehow resting inside your arms feels even more like home every single day. I love you.
