These are 12 collages from this year. The first one you see is the very first collage I ever made — one year ago. I started journaling due to a heavy medical treatment. I couldn’t speak properly. I lost fine motor control. So I started talking with paper instead. Collage became my voice. My rehab. My safe place. Six months later, Journaling with Tea existed. Looking back now feels strange, emotional... and grounding. I used to hate that first collage. Today, I see it as the first step of everything 🤍 Sometimes healing doesn’t look impressive — it just looks like showing up, page after page.
