Who else relates to this gluten free struggle?! πŸ˜«πŸ˜…πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ SHARE this post if you also hate how so many people still don’t believe eating gluten free is β€œTHAT much more expensive.” πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ Now, before y’all come for me, I KNOW you can eat gluten free for a lot less money by eating naturally gluten free β€” which is what I do a lot of the time. πŸ‘‰ HOWEVER, I think it’s unrealistic for most people to totally avoid gluten free processed foods!!️ β€” not only because of time constraints for food prep, but also because sometimes we just want a damn bowl of gluten free pasta. And it hurrrrrts to have to pay MORE for LESS food just because it’s gluten free. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ (These were the prices at my local Walmart in Colorado this week!) Besides eating naturally gluten free when I can, some tips that help me save on gluten free foods include πŸ‘‡ πŸ“§ Signing up for my fave brands emails, since they often send out sales alerts and discount codes (@findmeglutenfree also has AMAZING deals in their emails for lots of brands!) πŸ“² Using the @ibotta app to get money back on purchases. Sign up with my code β€œqiarlqs” for a $10 bonus after redeeming your first purchase!!️ πŸ’° Looking into tax deductions for gluten free foods. I personally have not yet done this (too much time and accounting needs for me), but if you have, drop your tips on the comments! What do YOU wish people knew about eating gluten free β€” or the price of gluten free foods?? πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ . . . . . #glutenfree #glutenfreefoods #walmartfinds #groceryshopping #glutenfreetreats #glutenfreepasta #celiacproblems #celiaclifestyle #glutenfreebaking #foodallergyfamily #celiacawareness #glutenfreecake #glutenallergy #glutenfreeblogger
