6 months grow out to this? Redken makes it easy with the New Power 9 and Chocolate Series. Here’s how! In less then 25 foils we took 6 months of grow out to blended and gorgeous! Thank you Redken 🖤 Around the face- 14 foils in baby light stitching using Power 9 and 10 vol. She’s naturally a level 4 and her ends were an ashy 9 so I needed max lift with max protection. Power 9 was my go to only touching her roots. Horizontal off her part- I did a mix of teasy-lights, slices and baby lights to break up her grow out using 4 foils on each side. I used this placement as it covered a wide area on each side with just a few foils. I decided to numb up my developer to 20 vol with my Power 9 as the hair on top of her head is more coarse then around her hairline. Crown- I added two teasy-lights to the crown to give her gorgeous spill of dimension over the back. Root Melt- as I went through her hair I dragged her root melt over her previous highlights giving her a seamless blend. Shades Eq 03NB & 04N was my formula. Global Gloss- 09NB & 07NCh was my overall glossing. Remember NCh has a ash/blue base with a mahogany reflect. It is meant to be a cool brown with a rich glow. Putting NCh on blondes make sure you have something else in your formula to avoid pulling to ashy or drab.
