Look out—here comes Rosie, our friendly neighborhood spider-friend! 🕷 This pinktoe tarantula has a big responsibility: helping her best friend, Collections Assistant Jim Louderman, educate young scientists about the importance of insects. 🐛 Even a hardworking arachnid needs a break once in a while, though: about ten years ago, Rosie left her web for a few months to explore the museum’s collections.
