The Toronto Reference Library has acquired a copy of SayItWithFlowers for the Arts & Photography permanent collection. My heart is full. I am extremely proud and honoured to share this news.🌹🤍😊 • A small part of Colombia is inside this Canadian institution now. I hope this body of work can inspire many young people that are coming to this country with a bag of dreams. My daughter Veneda Lola will be able to come one day as a young teenager and flip through papa’s book with her friends. • Since I moved to Toronto, I have spent countless hours on the 5th floor of this beautiful building. I can easily say that I have flipped through every single book in the photography section and now it feels amazing to know my work sits in this same shelves with artist and photographers I have looked up to for many years. • I encourage you to explore The Toronto Reference Library. Get lost in it.
