It’s Avalanche Awareness Week! There are lots of classes, talks, presentations, and events across the state to help you gain more knowledge about how to avoid avalanches. Join us tonight at Sugarhouse Park in SLC from 4:30-7 pm for the 2022 Kickoff Event! We’ll have FREE beacon training, lots of partner booths, and a Lifeflight helicopter will land - the entire evening is about raising awareness about avalanche safety for anyone that goes out into the mountains in winter.
