Boulder and lead nationals the last two weekends marked the end of 2022 competition season. A year in which I was rarely satisfied with results and I struggled finding a good physical shape for the level of nowadays lead comps. I arrived to these last two comps without too much physical tiredness but feeling mentally like I just wanted to close the chapter with this year. Despite all I managed to get a decent 4° place in boulder and a good 2° place in lead, proud to defend one more time with @steghiso the first steps of the podium from the young guns👊🏻 (@alby177 we missed you). I feel kind of relieved now that it’s over, having time to switch off the mind from trainings and enjoying the next period without thinking about getting a good result at the next comp.
