Last night a Dj saved my life (Smeddles More Ass Mix) OUT NOW 💥💥 so excited to finally be able to share this one with you all, my official remix for indeep ❤️ I was in 2 minds when this opportunity came about.. why mess with such a classic.. one of the all time very best records.. why try fix something that is far from broken? And that’s where the “More ass mix” came from.. I diddnt mess with the track too much. I just wanted to compliment the original and give it More Ass for the clubs with a slight touch. It’s was such a long process to release as I kept getting asked to add elements to the track but stood my ground and said I wasn’t going to mess with the track. Finally, when @unidiscmusic (the original label to release the record in 1982) came across it. They said they have received millions of remixes of this, but they want to release this one as an official remix on their new label @kookoorecords ! There’s a Little lesson in this.. stand your ground & even if everyone’s telling you it won’t work or you can’t. Do YOU. And most importantly.
