You can almost smell summer in the treetops at Pikes, as the winter breeze carries the crisp scent of eucalyptus (planted in homage to Tony Pike’s other adopted home of Australia), and the sweet, refreshing smell Ibiza’s native fragrant pine trees through the air at this time of year.
