Ever wanted to know why pilates is the workout to do?! Here you go... you walk into a room filled with community, the instructor knows you by name so you feel appreciated, then she proceeds to push your body to places it’s never been that will have you yelling “oh Jesus thank you for my legs and abs” the class laughs but your not laughing. 😑 the end is hilarious though! You’re shaking but yet you’re deeply relaxed! So you go back for more and more and more and each time you’re like why did I do this then you’re reminded again, it’s the peace you’re chasing. 🏃🏾‍♀️❤️‍🔥 the end. #pilates #reformerpilates
