Dramatic wing liner ✔️ I have a flat hooded eye with a tiny crease so I draw quite a thick line. Not a technique for everyone, but it’s what works for me 👍 oh and don’t mind the burn on my hairline. I had an altercation with a curling iron the other day lol I’m using the black @nyxcosmetics Vivid Matte liquid eyeliner. So black and so matte and it does not budge. Normally I like a pen-style liquid liner but the brush on this is surprisingly easy to work with!
