An older video that brother Scotty and I did on Lokal Red, a red ale from the Bruery in Anaheim. Neither of us was a massive fan of this beer. This is what we picked up when tasting it. Super crisp piney hops are predominant on the nose; underneath is some dark honey sweetness and a bit of toastiness. The taste starts with a toasted biscuit with some dry grain; hop bitterness balances everything out. It’s good but maybe a little watered down.
