10 years ago I graduated cosmetology school. 10 years of grinding. 10 years of long nights and early mornings. 10 years of sleepless nights. 10 years of continuing education and multiple certifications. 10 years of friendships and heart breaks. 10 years of zero regrets. 10 years of nothing but passion and love. I had no idea what this “hair” career could turn into when I was 20 years old. I wouldn’t have believed you if you had told me about the boss bitch I am today. Thankful is an understatement, for all my beautiful clients, the mentors, the co workers, my friends and my family. Everyone who has been a part of my journey along the way and supported me, it shaped me to be who I am today and I am so incredibly proud. But it wasn’t luck, I hustled for this and I hope anyone who is just starting out knows it’s possible if you put in the work. While everyone else is sleeping, go make things happen. 🖤
