ALOHA! My Maui LIFTcation has started and we are having an absolute BLAST. A weekend full of lifting and fun is off to a great start, and I can’t even begin to explain what this experience means to me and all of these women 🖤 I am definitely already planning my 2023 Maui LIFTcation, and if you don’t want to miss out on that, send me a DM with your email address and you will be emailed once I book it (hopefully will finalize by the end of October). This camp is for all levels- even brand new beginners. My last camp in New Orleans we had someone who had NEVER done the snatch or the clean & jerk, and by the end of camp you would never had known.
