If I’m beach-bound anyway, why not go with a gin that bottles up the Mediterranean lifestyle to share with the world– @ginmare Capri is FINALLY here in the US!⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣ When crafting my β€œCapri Sea Foam,” I decided to lean into the fresh Capri Lemon citrus notes of #ginmare for this special seaside liquid picnic! You can even batch this ahead in bulk if you decide to bring some friends along with you! (Remember to check your local laws regarding glass and alcohol on beaches, and always drink responsibly)⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣ β€œCapri Sea Foam” (makes 1 cocktail)⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣ 2oz @ginmare Capri Gin // 0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice // 1.5oz Peach Syrup // 4 Cucumber Slices // Cucumber & Mint (for garnish)⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣ *Combine gin, lemon, and cucumber slices in a shaker⁣ *Muddle until combined⁣ *Add peach syrup ⁣ *Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a Collins glass full of ice. (If you don’t want tiny pieces of mint in your cocktail, double strain)⁣ *Garnish with fresh mint and cucumber ribbon⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣ Peach Syrup ✨ 3 cups Water // 3 cups Peaches (fresh or frozen) // 1 3⁄4 cups Sugar⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣ In a saucepot, bring water to a boil, then add peaches. Return to a boil, then immediately reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow peaches to steep for 1 hour in the water, then discard. Return the pot to a boil, cut the heat, add sugar, and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool and keep chilled for up to 7 days.⁣ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⁣
