He was the cutest. Been struggling to describe Abbu because words aren’t enough. They can’t encompass the love he gave, the light he carried, the wisdom he resounded. If you were lucky enough to know him you understand and you know you will forever feel his mark. He was unbridled love in a way that was unearthly. His hugs glowed of affection. Just like his smile which was infectious. It made you believe that things would be okay. That the world is inherently good. That pain is fleeting. We would grab onto his words like life rafts as if he knew life’s secrets. Because only people like him were gifted with the Universe’s knowledge. His last few years were hard and heartbreaking. I wonder if it was the cancer that took him or his heart. But he would say it didn’t matter. He would smile and look up and say, “it’s just time for me to go back to Him”. Maybe this seems like the things to say when someone moves on. But if you knew him, you understand. Words are not enough. But he was just the cutest. I love you to infinity Abbu.
