so many people are “body positive” and “all about supporting other women”...until something triggers them. it feels really mean girl and reminds me of high school. i know it’s not just me. as a consumer of content, i see WILD comments and it’s not okay. it’s so easy to hide behind your phone on a burner account. #healthcoach #bodypositivity #womenempowerment
