All you need for this glute workout is a good attitude and a band! 20 reps for every move below!
⨠Step 1: Abduct your knees on your back.
⨠Step 2: Abduct your knees on your forearms.
⨠Step 3: Abduct your knees on your hands with your chest close to your knees keeping your spine super tall the entire time for all three movements.
And to add a nice little torch at the end do some glute bridges with an added abduction!
