Prosecco Still from Italy & pasta by @sophs.clean.eats 🍝 Because who doesn't love a summer pasta recipe paired with a nice glass of vino? People in the US and all over the globe mostly know Prosecco as sparkling and for almost all people, this will be their first time trying Prosecco in its STILL version. Prosecco Still offers a different tasting experience, showcasing the unique qualities of the Glera grape. This wine is very versatile and pairs really well with many dishes including my favorite sun-dried tomato recipe. It is like the two were meant to be paired together. This pasta and Prosecco Still combo is perfect for a date night in or to host this summer! Full pasta recipe below: 🍅 Sun-dried tomato pasta recipe: 1 bag/box pasta of choice - using paccheri rigati 1 box sun-dried tomatoes Extra virgin olive oil, to preference 1 tbsp roasted red pepper dip 3 minced garlic cloves 1/2 cup heavy cream Fresh baby spinach Salt to taste Parmesan cheese to taste Roasted red pepper to taste 🥄Instructions: 1. Boil pasta on stovetop 2. On a separate pan, add some extra virgin olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes to soften 3. Add in garlic, salt, and roasted red pepper and sauté for a minute or two 4. Add your heavy cream and a little bit of pasta sauce until desired creaminess/consistency 5. Stir in baby spinach and Parmesan cheese 6. Combine pasta with sauce 7. Add more parmesan cheese as needed 8.
