2 lbs live cleaned mussels 6 unpeeled garlic cloves 1 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 stick unsalted butter 1/3 cup chopped celery 1/3 cup chopped parsley Heat a Moules pan or a pot for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
