As some of you may know, I had my transplant surgery back on Dec. 14th. I was being extra careful with all the news of the omicron variant rising late Dec thorough the beginning of January. I was only going to Doctor’s appointments and back home during that time. All the people with any type of transplant are immunocompromised. Our immune system is suppressed in order for our defenses not to attack new transplant. Any type of flu or virus can be deadly. Lucky me I only had a runny nose and an itchy throat, so thank God for that... So now, it’s almost gonna be two months since surgery, and things are looking stable. Tomorrow they will finally take out dialysis catheter which they left just in case new kidney wouldn’t work the first few days. Kidney started working the night they transplanted it, so I haven’t needed any dialysis since then. Thanks and shout out to all of you that been asking for updates and how I am doing 💯🙏🏼. Todavía hay Vale pal rato ☘️😬
