vlog 8.20.2022 I started the day out bright and early with some oatmeal. Followed by a little workout that consisted of a 30 minute cycle class and roughly 20 minutes of strength. #deats - 2/3 cup oats - cinnamon - water - 1 banana sliced - strawberries sliced - @oat.haus vanilla granola butter link in bio 🥳🥳 Later in the afternoon I headed downtown to lunch with my parents at @monamigabibistro . I ate my usual, the spinach and salmon salad, which is absolutely divine I must say so myself. We did some light browsing in a few shops which I never get to do often but it’s so nice just to explore different aesthetics. @anthropologie had this beautiful botanical section, it was breathtaking. It made me want to start a garden of my own, despite being fully well aware that every plant I have ever owned died :/ oops. Also a full garden in my studio apartment that doesn’t even have room for a couch definitely makes sense. I finished the day with some grocery shopping at @wholefoods . Browsing their shelves and finding new items to check out it is always one of my favorite things. Here are a few staples in my cart this week: - @lesserevilsnacks popcorn - peaches - nectarines - bananas - rice - @one1brands protein bars - avocados - dates - canned tuna - @hukitchen hazelnut butter chocolate and salty dark - spinach - @cocojune_organic coconut yog - strawberries - pineapple What did you do today?
