It’s taken me a long time to be happy. To find happiness. The interesting thing is... nothing in my exterior world necessarily changed. To quote the lovely Rainer Maria Rilke — “There is only one way. Go within.” And don’t get me wrong... there are daily struggles and feelings that come up, and hard times. But at least I know where the medicine is now.
