yesterday was my 2 year t versary. honestly pretty cool that i forgot to post because something that i’ve received lately in my life is to be present and not focus so much on streaks or the piling up of time. transition, for me, has been less about becoming a new person (although I do feel this way sometimes) and more about returning to the person I was at the beginning, the kid who at age four knew who and what they were but the world either didn’t have or refused to have language or space for them. I am so grateful to all those who came before me, who in some way gave me my life to live and I am grateful to in some way give someone else that I might never meet the possibility to be themselves. choose yourself over and over. I am so grateful to be trans, no matter how negative people are about it, how cruel, or oppressive they are. I have found so much love and kindness in being my true self that they can never take it away. 💚💚💚
