I try not to measure my progress (in jump roping or in life) on anyone else’s timeline but my own. As you can see it takes hours built up over days and weeks to see progress, but I see it. And it’s not linear! What I accomplish today could easily be a struggle again tomorrow. But when it clicks... BOOM! That’s the fun part. Like they say, if you wanna get good at something, you have to willing to be bad at it. Anyway, whatever it is take the little wins and KEEP GOING.
