This one’s a bit special: CLARIFIED CHAMPAGNE PINA COLADA. Kinda like that pina colada you used to drink at TGI Fridays, except it’s nothing like it really. We reduce champagne down into a sticky, thick sauce. We painstakingly slow-filter coconut and rum so that all that’s left is a clear version of what you’d expect, but with all the taste. This one really messes with your senses. A bit like ketamine. But more legal, and you can consume it openly in our restaurant. 🥥🐴🍾
