Miso Wild Chilean Sea BassšāØw/ quick pickle serrano-cucumber & extra miso sauce... Tender flaky buttery sweet savory AND another Air Fryer 1st try Success ! w/ Nobuās Miso Black Cod Recipe. So Easy ! Just a little planing ahead for the 1-3 day marinade. And, of course it works great in a regular oven, but I must say, the air fryer worked great. Air fryer lovers... THIS is a must try !

There are so many Miso Fish recipes out there, but hereās what I did... Nobuās marinade: 1/4c miso, 1/4c sake, 1/4c mirin, 3Tbsp sugar. Everything in saucepan, bring to a boil while whisking smooth & sugar dissolves. Remove from heat & let it cool completely. Set some aside to reduce for glaze/sauce. Marinade fish at least 24 hrs (this was 36 hrs. Nobu suggests 2-3 days). Remove from marinade. Preheat fryer. Brush basket w/ oil (bacon fatāØ!). Set at 400° for 12 min. Check at 8 min. Mine was 95° & still a āfirm probeā. Brushed w/ reduced miso marinade and back in for 2 min. Temp shot up to 133°. Removed at 10 min. Times will vary w/ size of filet & air fryer. Chilean sea bass is pretty forgiving, but keep an eye on it those last few minutes.
