2021: An Ode to Producing & Set Life. “I do not dream of labor but I do dream of creating.” This year’s work has brought so many beautiful connections, stories, and arduous-yet-rewarding experiences to my life that have shaped who I am, informed my practice, and inspired me to keep doing what I do. These days I walk with gratitude knowing my career has been uplifted by numerous mentors that have cared and believed in me along the way. It’s a long road ahead and 2022 brings a slight shift to the type of work I’ll be focusing on, but I’m glad to have found a community that not only loves me but continues to hold me accountable in doing the work and making sure that it is inclusive, fair, and strives to raise the bar.
