My Dad is my Hero. Literally the greatest. He’s always given of himself but today is all about him! At 64 years old he is the best shape ever. It’s been well over a year that he has been training for this competition and he showed up + showed out. He’s ALWAYS been there and I could never repay him for what he means to me but a surprise visit on a day that means the world to him was priceless!
