Yet another song that was SO CLOSE to being on my new album “Remembering: Greatest Hits Acoustic.” I wrote “Cat Ice Cream (Ice Cream That’s A Cat) when I was going through a really hard time (you can hear it in the lyrics) and I got SO many messages about how much this encouraged so many of you out there, but it just felt like i had enough sad songs on this album.
