l We host group hikes to beautiful destinations not because we want to share our love for the outdoors with others. Not because we like exploring and adventuring. Not because Mother Nature is therapeutic. Definitely not because there’s fulfillment in seeing the “awe” in peoples eyes when we show them a hike they’ve never seen. We don’t carefully curate workouts that compliment the difficulty of each hike cause we’re thoughtful of one’s energy & stamina. All that breath work and dynamic stretching before the hike isn’t for injury prevention - it’s just to stall. We don’t provide healthy nutritious drinks and food because we want people to be nourished. No, nope, nahhhhh.
