Happy Hanukkah 2020 🕎 I took these photos for @eatatjewel’s Hanukkah menu and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Simple iPhone 8+ shots with Neewer lights and natural morning sunlight at the restaurant, combined with meticulous LR editing. Contrary to what many pros will imply/tell you, photography doesn’t have to be overcomplicated or outrageously expensive. I personally believe it’s more about getting the shot you want than how that photo was taken. While I’m a gear head through and through (and always have been/will be), I’ve learned to relax and just use what’s in front of me. Composition and subject matter reigns supreme for me now. My love goes out to everybody in my life and to those who have made the best of an incredibly tough year. Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, and I can’t wait to see you all again (in due time 😘) 💙🤍💙
