I was asked by Elle @feathering_the_empty_nest and @plumandashby to be part of a campaign to raise awareness and funds for pregnancy and baby loss charity Tommy’s @tommys. The beautiful campaign features women who have shared their own experiences of pregnancy loss and whose voices are helping to change the way in which pregnancy and baby loss is understood. The women I spoke alongside also allow those who have lost babies in pregnancy and infancy to feel heard and less alone in their grief - it is so helpful to connect with people who understand your experience of loss when it happens to you. 100% of proceeds from the sale of each Plum & Ashby wave of light candle featured in this campaign will go to Tommy’s - to date, the candles have raised over £100,000 for the charity since the collaboration began three years ago.
