Soft Gingerbread Cookies with Maple Glaze! 😍 I adore these cookies and make them every year now! The cookie is wide and crinkley, but still thick and tender enough for you to really sink your teeth into, because I like to live with the best of both worlds. This is about as decorate-y as I get with cookies - low key but still so darling.
