INGREDIENTS
60mL Australian Christmas Gin
15mL Amaro Montenegro
15mL sweet vermouth
2 dashes bitters
Orange
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
