As we heal ourselves, we heal one another. Sharing my story is vitally important to me. I’m the big sister I needed growing up. I hope I help others by showing up - genuinely but imperfectly. I will never shy away from the difficult, messy and vulnerable bits. We hold one another accountable. I’m working on building a community.
