Introducing: Change Your Life Chicken - Not my recipe, just sharing. But I have made a few tweaks based on preference. ** Quick Note:I know it goes fast. I made it too short. Also, I accidentally published it to my Story first, so lost editing options. ** Start by turning your oven temp to 450. Nestle cut veggies (roughly bite size pieces, mostly important for potatoes) nice & cozy on sheet pan with olive oil, generous amount of salt, pepper. Dry chicken thighs. (I promise, it makes a difference.) Add Salt, Pepper, and Seasonings you like. I personally use garlic and rosemary from my garden, and put most of it under the skin so it stays put. Cover veggies with blanket of chicken thighs. Some veggies will end up nice, soft, & flavorful from the chicken, while the edge ones will be yummy and crispy. Roast for 45 min. I usually let mine sit a few minutes before I dig in to avoid burning my mouth. It’s one of our favorite go-to dinners. #changeyourlifechicken #comfortfood #roastedvegetables #CapCut
