BACK EXTERIOR RENDERING REVEAL! Have you ever dreamed so hard that it actually came true?  After our house burned down in the January Eaton fire, dreaming became a form of survival—a vital tool for healing. It softened the darkness that lingered at the edges of our consciousness, easing the sadness that waited in the shadows, ready to consume our optimism. So, when we embarked on the rebuild process, we allowed ourselves to dream big.  As we drew on the power of our imagination, we were offered an escape from despair, a beacon of redirection, shepherding us with a gentle hand on our lower backs, urging us to persist through grief, find beauty in letting go, and choose to look forward. After 7 months of dreaming alongside @studiomurnane we can finally glimpse—through these beautiful exterior renderings—the next chapter of our beloved family home. We shared the front a few months ago, and now the back is ready for its debut. (Swipe to the end for the front if you missed it!) From the moment we began drawing up the plans, our vision was crystal clear... we knew exactly what we wanted. Still, seeing it rendered so vividly on paper is a wild and deeply emotional experience. This month, as we prepare to break ground, our hearts hold grief and gratitude in equal measure. A well of sadness for our former home and all that we lost still lives within us—it always will—but from those tears, a spring of happiness has emerged. We can’t wait to stand in our beautiful home once again. She will look different this time, but her loving heart still beats the same.
